Administrator / Communicator-Guide

Sharon is one of our treasured administrators co-ordinating our specialist support service, dealing with rotas, regular and ad hoc flexible Communicator-Guide services. A national responsibility ensuring we meet the needs of deafblind service users and contractual obligations. Sharon is also our first point of call for HR responsibilities, recruitment, and dealing with our policies and procedures. A first class Communicator-Guide and Deafblind Manual Interpreter Guide, able to travel to meet the business needs and has a real passion for deafblind people living life as equal citizens. Sharon also co-ordinates our events, managing trips out, social clubs and activies such as craft club.
