Debbie, CEO and founder of Deafblind Enablement, who has over 43 years' experience working in the field of dual sensory loss, assessing, advising and teaching deafblind people with an enablement focus. Debbie has a range of experience including being a Rehabilitation Vision Specialist, Specialist Assessor, Deafblind Interpreter and is a recognised University Lecturer for BCU.

Josh

Josh (JJ) is DBE’s Head of Training with over 10 years of service, celebrated for his expertise in supporting all groups of deafblind people.

Andy

Andy is the Finance Director/Company Secretary and also a qualified Communicator-Guide. He is responsible for buildings maintenance and ensures the business runs smoothly

Sue is one of our treasured administrators, a qualified Communicator-Guide and in charge our of transcription service.

As DBE's newest Communicator Guide / Administrator, Charlie has a wealth of experience with Deaf people and previously worked 1:1 with deafblind people at Sense.

Specialist Services Manager for the Midlands, with over 30 years with sensory impaired people in Adult Social Care, Higher Education and with various charities including RNID, Deafblind UK & Action Deafness. NRCPD registered Deafblind interpreter since 2000. Deafblind Assessor - Diploma in Deafblind Studies

Jess has been working within the Deafblind community for over five years and is a qualified Deafblind Interpreter, Deafblind Communicator Guide, and Specialist Deafblind Worker for Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
