Printed course material is normally in font Ariel 14 – if you require a larger font please confirm font and size

Lunch is not provided but refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that you cancel you will be charged accordingly: 25% for more than 30 days; 50% between 30-14 days; full fees charged 14 days and less plus any exam fees already paid by us. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course then unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by you.

Payment:

Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to an additional 4% charge.
