With established contracts in esteemed institutions like Addenbrookes, Papworth, Southend, Moorfields, Newcastle, and surrounding hospitals, alongside partnerships with various NHS Trusts and NHS England, DBE ensures top-tier interpreter and communicator-guide services.

DBE has been working with the following Local Authorities growing Communicator-Guide provision for the most complex deafblind people in Peterborough, Essex, Coventry, Southampton, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, with many more one off bookings. DBE operate funding by ISF's, Direct Payments, Self funding and contractual agreements.

DBE works with other agencies to provide deafblind awareness sessions, Signature qualifications and online training to ensure their staff meet the Care Act 2014 - Access to information and advice (6.4, 6.22) and 1:1 specialist support: Staffordshire (LA), Coventry (LA), Wiltshire (LA), Norfolk (LA), Hull (LA), Peterborough (LA), Ealing Borough Council, Deafinitely Women, Sight for Surrey, CommuniKate, to name a few!

Renowned BSL agencies such as Language Empire, DA Languages, Capita, and Cintra trust DBE for our unwavering commitment to maintaining exceptional standards in deafblind communication.

By providing interpreters, we empower deafblind individuals to access crucial information, communication, and mobility support, enabling them to actively participate as valued members of society.

Deafblind Enablement helps teach Deafblind Courses at specific universities such as Birmingham City University.
